Last week we hosted teachers from Czech Republic and Cyprus in Job shadowing. They have been here to learn and share ideas, projects ans methodologies that help students grow and be competent in life.
Job shadowing allows teachers to observe others in a real work environment, helping them gain a clearer understanding of a specific topic. It provides valuable insight into daily responsibilities, workplace culture, and the skills needed for success in a role. Job shadowing also helps build professional connections and support other teachers and how we improve our job opportunities in order to teach students.
It is always a great experience. Besides, we always try to show the best we have in our environment and community. We like to collaborate with other stakeholders of the educational community and the area businesses.
