El Gran Recapte (The Great Colection) The Great Colection is a charity movement promoted by the four Food Banks of Catalonia (Barcelona, Lleida, Tarragona and Girona). This campaign a lows citizens, companies and institutions to co laborate by delivering donations of food that are distributed through the network of food banks. In 2025 the 17th edition of the Great Co lection wi l be held, and it is held on November 7th and 8th. These days, the students of 3rd grade of secondary school from Sol-Ixent wi l participate in the co lection and wi l be co lecting the food at supermarkets where people can donate, and then this food wi l be distributed to the people in need by the food bank.
