  • The other day you had a look at the Food Pyramid. Today watch this video and l listen to what kind of food is healthier and what food must be included in our daily meals.

  • Draw a Food Pyramid which includes all the food you eat in a week. At the end of the week, compare your own Food Pyramid with the one in the video. 

             -What differences do you see?

             – Are you eating healthily?

             – What can you do to make your diet healthier?
