In January we are working on body expression.
Body expression has a basic function in the development of the person. Movement and body expression are another way of communicating. Children express themselves, show emotions and interact with others spontaneously with their bodies. To enhance creativity, expand the motor repertoire and give value to the variety of expressive resources that students have, using different techniques, must also be a task of physical education. Through body expression and communication we encourage the student to regulate their emotions, accept differences and respect their body and that of others.
