30/03/20- The other day you had a look at the Food Pyramid. Today watch this video and l listen to what kind of food is healthier and what food must be included in our daily meals.
- Draw a Food Pyramid which includes all the food you eat in a week. At the end of the week, compare your own Food Pyramid with the one in the video.
