The session was made up of various stories from around the world.
Between each story are some fun facts about dreaming and sleeping.
Storytelling is an ancient art. It is also sometimes called The Spoken Word, it was one of the main cultures before books. Today it is still a very alive art form.

Plus the in between scientific facts and anecdotes about dreams and sleep.
