Our pupils are making delicious recipes in our English classes.
Here you have the recipe cooked by Lidia, Alba and Laura.
Ingredients:
-200g of rice
-1 small tin of condensed milk (la lechera)
-1 lemon
-1 stick of cinnamon
– ground cinnamon
First of all, add condensed milk, ¾ l water, lemon peel and the stick of cinnamon to a medium saucepan and cook for a few minutes.
Then add the rice and let it cook at low head, mixing the ingredients occasionally, for 30 minutes.
