GERARD’S CAKE

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

125g Chocolate
3 Spoonful of milk
3 Egg yolks
4 Egg white
3 Spoonful of sugar
75g Butter
Salt

First of all, in a saucepan over low heat put the chopped chocolate and milk.

When the chocolate has melted remove from heat and add the chopped butter.
