After reviewing everything we learned during the first term we decide to start a new topic. We brainstorm the topics we would like to study and since there are two topics we are interested in we do two groups and each group explains what they would like to know about each topic.
We decide to work on the sports topic. We first do a script altogether about the things we would like to learn and start by studying the name of sports and the 3 verbs we need to use to talk about sports in English.
We make a list of sports, learn the differences between a noun (climbing) and a verb (climb), write sentences using 5 sports, research when to use the verbs Do, Play or Go when talking about sports and we do a sports dictation putting them in order depending on which verb they use. We also do an oral comprehension and a reading comprehension related with sports.
