Croscat Volcano

We finally go on an excursion to the Croscat volcano! We leave the school by bus and when we get to the Santa Margarita volcano car park Maria, Laia’s mother, is already waiting for us.
After taking a look at the rules of the natural reserve we continue walking to the information office, where Maria tells us a lot of interesting things about how the Santa Margarita and Croscat volcanoes are formed.
We have breakfast and go to visit the crater of the volcano. There we learn how a volcano forms and the different types of volcanic rocks that can be found according to their size, colour, shape…
After that everyone explains in a different way everything we did and learned during the day.
