Hello everyone,
I am Emila (Αιμιλία in greek) and I am a recent graduate in Spanish Language and Literature. I come from a village named Vergina situated in Central Macedonia, Greece. In ancient times Vergina was known as Aigai (Αἰγαί) and it was the first capital of Macedon. This is where Philip II was assassinated and Alexander the Great, his son, was proclaimed king in 336 BC.

Sin embargo, la ciudad que hoy considero como mi casa es Tesalónica (Θεσσαλονίκη en griego), ya que he estado viviendo allí los últimos diez años. Tesalónica es la segunda ciudad más grande de Grecia, capital de la periferia de Macedonia Central. Incluso, es un puerto importante del norte del Egeo.

Now, a little about myself: I enjoy learning languages and thıs is why I decided, after working some years in a very diferent subject, to study Spanish Language and Literature. Lately, I started teaching Spanish to Greek speakers and I hope my staying in Lleida and the fact of being an English language asistant in Enric Farreny School will help me improve my teaching skills. In my free time I try to work out a little bit and I like meeting my friends.
