Al llarg de la darrera setmana del mes d’octubre, amb els alumnes de l’ESO vam treballar la festivitat de Halloween. Des de la matèria d’anglès vam proposar uns tallers per decorar amb elements de la festivitat el passadís de l’institut, vam veure una pel·lícula o vam intentar resoldre un “escape room” amb elements de la festivitat.

L’objectiu principal era interaccionar i aprendre la llengua anglesa a través de les festivitats i tradicions americanes; una manera divertida i original d’endinsar-nos en la seva cultura i aprendre’n una mica més.

També vam elaborar una petita aranya pel professorat del centre per tal que també puguessin celebrar a la seva manera la festivitat.

During the last week of October, we have been working with the festivity of Halloween with our  students. During English lessons we have proposed several workshops so as to decorate our corridor with representative elements, we watched a film or tried to solve a ‘escape room’ with Halloween elements.

The main objective is to achieve interaction and learn English language thanks to American festivity and traditions; an amazing and original way to get through their culture and learn about it.

We also treated our colleagues with a small spider to celebrate and participate in the activity with teachers.
