**Love, but make it real.** This Valentine’s Day at our high school, our 4th ESO students took a different approach to celebrating love. Instead of focusing on roses and chocolates, we focused on understanding what love truly means.
First, students explored the topic of **toxic relationships** — learning how to recognize red flags, set healthy boundaries, and value respect and communication. 
Then, they watched a thought-provoking video where people from different age groups shared their perspectives on love. It was inspiring to see how love can mean something different at every stage of life.
To wrap up the activity, each student reflected on the question:
**“What does love mean to you?”**
Their answers were honest, deep, and powerful — reminding us that love is not just a feeling, but respect, trust, support, and self-worth. 
Because real love starts with understanding.
