El curs passat vam acollir els alumnes de l’institut Augusto Righi de Bolonya en una mobilitat que havia de ser unidireccional. La experiència va ser tan bonica que no ens va deixar cap més opció que visitar-los nosaltres aquest curs.

Aquí teniu un resum de la nostra estada:

• El dimarts 20 de gener vam sortir ben puntuals cap a Bolonya. Allà ens esperaven els companys i les famílies acollidores.
• El dimecres 21 de gener vam conèixer el Liceo Scientifico Statale Augusto Righi, vam escoltar les presentacions dels alumnes grecs, que també realitzaven la seua mobilitat al mateix temps que nosaltres, la dels professors romanesos que estaven d’estada d’observació i vam fer activitats per conèixer-nos. També vam observar i participar en classes i vam visitar Bolonya amb els alumnes italians, que ens van fer de guies i amb els alumnes grecs.
• El dijous 22 de gener vam començar el dia observant una classe amb el nostre company italià.Després vam visitar l’aula STEAM i vam dissenyar amb Tinkercard un clauer. Vam fer votacions del millor disseny i el guanyador va ser… Ivan!

  Vam deixar la impressora treballant i així l’alumnat dels 3 països tindrà el seu clauer de record.

  A la tarda vam fer una excursió de 5km de pujada que ens va portar a una magnífica basílica, San Luca, amb unes vistes precioses de Bolonya.

• El divendres 23 de febrer vam començar el dia de manera molt saludable: jugant al gimnàs de l’institut amb equips internacionals a bàsquet, voleibol i futbol sala. L’últim partit va ser la cirereta del pastís: profes contra alumnes. Vam xalar molt! 

  Després cadascú va anar a classe amb el seu company i després vam experimentar amb les ulleres 3D. Vam fer un tour virtual per la catedral de Canterbury, per Notre Dame, per la cèl·lula humana, per la Nit Estrellada de Van Gogh… Cadascú va poder explorar els seus interessos i ens vam quedar meravellats d’esta experiència tan immersiva.

  Finalment vam visitar el museu Cavazza, un museu per a persones cegues on persones que veuen recreen obres d’art perquè ells les puguen tocar i amb l’ajuda de la descripció oral, puguen sentir l’art. Les persones invidents també poden crear art fent còpies (de color gris o marró) de les recreacions (de color blanc). Finalment, en parelles, una persona havia de tancar els ulls i tocar una recreació i l’altra li anava descrivint el que tocava. Va ser molt xocant adonar-nos que gairebé no enteníem res del que estàvem tocant. Una experiència molt enriquidora.

• El dissabte 24 de febrer vam participar en un taller de tortellini a un casal de gent gran. Ens van ensenyar a cuinar-los perquè no es perdi la tradició. Ens vam equipar amb un bon davantal i ens vam posar mans a la massa. Ens va semblar divertit, entretingut, però també difícil que quedessin ben bonics.Després, ens els van cuinar a la manera tradicional: amb brou i formatge.

  Vam acabar el taller escoltant música dels tres països i els alumnes grecs fins i tot ens van ensenyar a ballar balls tradicionals.

• El diumenge 25 de febrer va ser l’últim dia de l’Erasmus a Bolonya. Vam visitar la ciutat de Ferrara, Patrimoni Mundial de la Humanitat. Vam passejar pel costat de la muralla del segle XV i vam visitar el centre històric: el palau dels diamants, el castell, la catedral i els carrers medievals.

  A la nit ens vam acomiadar dels companys italians i grecs amb una bona pizza i signant banderes per tenir un record físic d’esta experiència que no oblidarem.

  Però això no és un adeu, és un a reveure!

Last school year we hosted students from Augusto Righi High School in Bologna in what was meant to be a one-way mobility. The experience was so wonderful that it left us with no other option but to visit them ourselves this year.

Here is a summary of our stay:

On Tuesday, January 20th, we left right on time for Bologna. There, our partners and our host families were waiting for us.

On Wednesday, January 21st, we got to know the Liceo Scientifico Statale Augusto Righi. We listened to presentations by the Greek students, who were also taking part in their mobility at the same time as us, as well as by the Romanian teachers who were on a job-shadowing stay, and we took part in activities to get to know each other. We also observed and participated in classes and visited Bologna with the Italian students, who acted as our guides, together with the Greek students.

On Thursday, January 22nd, we started the day by observing a class with our Italian partner.

Afterwards, we visited the STEAM classroom and designed a keychain using Tinkercad. We voted for the best design, and the winner was… Ivan!

We left the 3D printer working so that students from the three countries would each have their own keychain as a souvenir.

In the afternoon, we went on a 5 km uphill excursion that took us to the magnificent Basilica of San Luca, with stunning views of Bologna.

On Friday, February 23rd, we started the day in a very healthy way: playing in the school gym in international teams, basketball, volleyball and indoor football. The last match was the icing on the cake: teachers versus students. We had a great time!

Afterwards, everyone went to class with their partner, and then we experimented with 3D glasses. We took a virtual tour of Canterbury Cathedral, Notre Dame, the human cell, Van Gogh’s Starry Night… Everyone was able to explore their own interests, and we were amazed by such an immersive experience.

Finally, we visited the Cavazza Museum, a museum for blind people where sighted people recreate works of art so that they can be touched and, with the help of oral descriptions, experienced through touch. Visually impaired people can also create art by making copies (in grey or brown) of the recreations (in white). Finally, working in pairs, one person had to close their eyes and touch a recreation while the other described what they were touching. It was very striking to realise that we barely understood what we were touching. A very enriching experience.

On Saturday, February 24th, we took part in a tortellini workshop at a senior citizens’ centre. They taught us how to cook them so that the tradition would not be lost. We put on proper aprons and got our hands into the dough. We found it fun and entertaining, but also difficult to make them look really nice.

Afterwards, they cooked them for us in the traditional way: with broth and cheese.

We ended the workshop by listening to music from the three countries, and the Greek students even taught us how to dance traditional dances.

Sunday, February 25th, was the last day of the Erasmus experience in Bologna. We visited the city of Ferrara, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We walked along the 15th-century city walls and visited the historic centre: the Palazzo dei Diamanti, the castle, the cathedral and the medieval streets.

In the evening, we said goodbye to our Italian and Greek friends with a good pizza and by signing flags, so we could keep a physical memory of this unforgettable experience.
