Observació de classes i podcast
El dimecres els alumnes txecs i els seus professors van passar tot el matí al nostre institut per conèixer de prop com és el dia a dia en les nostres aules.
Els docents visitants, que al seu institut imparteixen llengua castellana, matemàtiques, física, química i biologia, van poder observar diferents classes i nivells, des de primer d’ESO fins a segon de batxillerat. Pel que fa als alumnes txecs, també van assistir a diverses classes. A les d’anglès, els nostres professors van aprofitar per treballar activitats de comprensió, producció oral i d’interacció. Les d’arts escèniques els van permetre descobrir una àrea de coneixement que no existeix al seu institut. També van assistir, entre d’altres, a classes de castellà, de física i biologia als laboratoris, i d’educació física. Tant els professors com els alumnes txecs van agrair molt aquesta oportunitat.
L’altre objectiu del dia va ser enregistrar el segon episodi del podcast, preparat pel centre txec i centrat en la relació entre inclusió i democràcia. Un tema que els va resultar complex perquè els costava trobar experiències pròpies que els ajudessin a fonamentar les seves opinions.
No vam fer els 15 quilòmetres del dia anterior, però l’activitat mental i el fet d’estar tot el dia pensant i treballant en diferents idiomes també els va deixar esgotats!
Class Observation and Podcast
On Wednesday, the Czech students and their teachers spent the whole morning at our school to get a closer look at what daily life in our classrooms is like.
The visiting teachers, who teach Spanish, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, observed different classes at various levels, from the first year of ESO to the second year of batxillerat. As for the Czech students, they also attended several lessons. In the English classes, our teachers prepared activities focused on comprehension, oral production and interaction. The performing arts lessons allowed them to discover an area of knowledge that does not exist at their school. They also attended, among others, Spanish classes, Physics and Biology lessons in the laboratories, and Physical Education classes. Czech teachers and students really appreciated this opportunity.
The other goal of the day was to record the second episode of the podcast, prepared by the Czech school and focused on the relationship between inclusion and democracy. It turned out to be a challenging topic, as students found it hard to draw on personal experiences to support their opinions.
We may not have walked the fifteen kilometres of the previous day, but the mental activity and spending the whole day thinking and working in different languages left everyone exhausted!
