The European Solidarity Corps is an initiative of the European Union. The main goal is to create opportunities for young people to volunteer or collaborate on projects – in their own country or abroad – that will benefit communities and citizens across Europe.
To sign up for the European Solidarity Corps You must be 17 years old, but you cannot start the project until you are 18.You can take people up to 30 years old in the projects of the European Solidarity Corps. After a simple registration process, it will be performed the selection of participants, which may be included in a wide range of related projects, for example, with the help of natural disaster prevention or their subsequent reconstruction, assistance in reception centers for Asylum or other social problems. The projects of the European Solidarity Corps will last between two months and a year.
