The design an allotment is divided in four crops, three beds and three paths. The Main Paths measure (100cm), paths (1/2 metres) and beds (1’5 metres) from north to south. Count three beds and three paths in each crop.
Crop one: potatoes and tomatoes (only summer)
Crop two: carrots,parsnips, onion and leeks (all year round)
Crop three: lettuce, spinach and chard ( all year round)
Crop four: cauliflower, broccoli, peas and beans (all year round)
