This school year our students in P5, 1st grade, 2nd grade and 3rd grade have been involved in an eTwinning project called: “The Brotherfood Table’‘. From both English and Science areas we have worked on an activity which consisted on creating our own Earth logo in order to share it with our european classmates from Polonia, Greece, Italy, among others.
The topic for the Logo had to be food, however we drew different kinds of food according to the level, integrating the activity in our curriculum.
Therefore, P5 and 1st grade students filled the earth logo with food related to the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar, which we read and worked on in class. On the other hand, 2nd and 3rd graders drew different pieces of food, depending on the colour: red, green, yellow and orange, blue and purple, and brown and white. Most of the pieces of food are fruits and vegetables because of the Science project we are working on, which is about The Vegetal Garden.
All the logos are very colourful and have been made by each class. We hope you like them as much as we do!
