From April 24 to 26, the students of English 1, 2, and 3 experienced an unforgettable trip to Dublin. Over the course of these days, we explored some of the city’s most iconic landmarks: the Temple Bar district, Trinity College—home to the fascinating Book of Kells—the National Gallery, Grafton Street, and the Chester Beatty Library.
We also enjoyed special moments, such as encountering the deer in Phoenix Park and greeting the famous Molly Malone statue. Saturday night was particularly memorable: we had dinner and danced to Gaelic music in an authentic Irish pub, The Celt.
We made the most of every moment of the weekend, combining cultural visits with leisure time and fun. Without a doubt, it was a great opportunity to practise English in real-life contexts and to immerse ourselves in Irish culture, its gastronomy, and its traditions. A trip full of laughter and shared moments that we will not easily forget.
Del 24 al 26 d’abril, l’alumnat de les classes d’Anglès 1, 2 i 3 va viure una viatge inoblidable a Dublín. Al llarg d’aquests dies, vam recórrer alguns dels indrets més emblemàtics de la ciutat: el barri de Temple Bar, el Trinity College —on es conserva el fascinant Book of Kells—, la National Gallery, Grafton Street i la Chester Beatty Library.
A més, vam viure un moment màgic amb els cèrvols del Phoenix Park i vam poder saludar la popular Molly Malone. La nit de dissabte va ser especialment memorable: vam sopar i ballar al ritme de la música gaèlica en un autèntic pub irlandès, The Celt.
Vam aprofitar cada instant del cap de setmana, combinant visites culturals amb estones de lleure i diversió. Sens dubte, ha estat una gran oportunitat per practicar l’anglès en contextos reals i per endinsar-nos en la cultura irlandesa, la seva gastronomia i els seus costums. Un viatge ple de rialles i moments compartits que difícilment oblidarem.
