Europass is a common European instrument that serves to ensure the transparency of qualifications and skills, in order to help citizens to present their skills and qualifications in a simple and easily understandable way (for instance, the CV or the Europass mobility) in Europe and thus facilitate their mobility and allow them new opportunities to study or work abroad.
