• Els nois i les noies més grans del centre avancen en el projecte “Les rajoles de Barcelona”, emmarcat en l’Erasmus+.

Després d’haver estudiat les rajoles de Barcelona, des de la matèria d’STEAM es planteja a l’alumnat que l’Ajuntament de Vallromanes té la voluntat de crear un disseny propi de panots per als carrers del poble. Per aquest motiu, la proposta didàctica del projecte té com a objectiu que els/les joves dissenyin i fabriquin un panot personalitzat per entregar-lo al consistori amb la il·lusió que pugui ser utilitzat en futurs projectes urbanístics. A més, també explicaran aquesta experiència als companys i companyes d’Erasmus+ durant les seves estades als centres educatius de Portugal.

English: After studying the tiles from Barcelona, it is suggested to the students to create its own tile design for Vallromanes City Council. That’s the reason why the objective of this project is to create a personalized tile to deliver to the Town Hall, and we hope that it will be used in future urban planning projects, and to explain this experience to Erasmus+ colleagues during their stays in centers in Portugal.

L’alumnat ha hagut de fer les primeres propostes de disseny a mà i fer-ne una tria per dibuixar-les amb AutoCAD i SketchUp. A continuació, els següents passos han estat traslladar les rajoles a la impressora 3D i crear uns primers prototips de plàstic, fer motlles de silicona d’aquests prototips i, finalment, fabricar-les amb morter. Per fer-ho realitat, han hagut de cercar informació d’aquest material per estudiar-ne quina és la seva composició i com dur a terme la mescla dels productes. Per tant, el jovent ha hagut de calcular les quantitats de cadascun dels components i fer la barreja per abocar-la al motlle.

English: The students make the first sketches of the tile and choose some of them to draw it with AutoCAD and Sketchup. The next steps have been to transfer the tile to the 3D printer and make a first plastic prototype, make silicone molds of the students prototypes and, finally, make it with mortar. To manufacture the mortar, they have searched information of this material to study its composition and how to mix the products. Therefore, the students have calculated the amount of each of the component, and make the mixture to pour it into the mold.

D’aquesta manera, els nois, les noies i els docents de l’IE Els Tres Pins ja estem preparats per anar a Portugal! I és que aquest diumenge, la meitat del grup de 3r d’ESO viatjarà cap a Porto per visitar el centre d’Ermesinde.

English: And so, we are ready to go to Portugal!, the next week the first half of 3rd ESO group will travel to Porto to visit the school of Ermesinde.
