During more than a fortnight, in the English classes, we have been working on the recipe of the “Catalan Cream”. Both classes in the Third Cycle of Primary Education have been working collaboratively to prepare this dessert for our partners in the eTwinning Project “Cultural Exchange”.
Durant més de dues setmanes, a les classes d’anglès, hem estat treballant en la recepta de la “Crema Catalana”. Les dues classes de Cicle Superior de l’Educació Primària hem estat treballant de forma col·laborativa per preparar aquest postre per als nostres socis del projecte eTwinning “Cultural Exchange”.
We have been learning new vocabulary about cooking utensils, verbs and ingredients. We have also investigated about the origin of this dessert and we have put our hands in the dough!
Hem estat aprenent nou vocabulari sobre utensilis de cuina, verbs i ingredients culinaris. També hem investigat sobre l’origen d’aquest postre i ens hem posat les mans a la massa!
It has been a really exciting and rewarding experience where pupils have acquired different type of knowledge, but above all, they have accomplished a great challenge: to cook this traditional Catalan dish.
Ha estat una experiència molt emocionant i gratificant on l’alumnat ha adquirit diferents tipus d’aprenentatges, però sobretot, han aconseguit un gran repte: cuinar aquest plat tradicional català.
