Hi everyone!
Yesterday, the students in 4th, 5th and 6th grade enjoyed an English play called “Lara’s Labyrinth”. In this way, the use of English goes beyond the classroom and becomes an opportunity to value our knowledge of the language in order to understand—in this case, a very fun play.
Beforehand, we worked in class on the plot of the play, the characters, the songs and the most important vocabulary for comprehension. The learning content covered included: present tense verbs; functions such as giving directions, asking questions and solving problems; and vocabulary related to sustainability, including recycling, water management and clean energy.
We are sharing some images and videos with you so that you can see the great time we had while learning!

Ahir, l’alumnat de 4t, 5è i 6è vam gaudir d’una obra en anglès anomenada “Lara’s Labyrinth”. D’aquesta manera l’ús de l’anglès surt de les aules i es converteix en una oportunitat per valorar el coneixement d’aquesta llengua per “entendre”, en aquest cas una obra molt divertida.
Prèviament, vam treballar a classe tant l’argument de l’obra, com els personatges, les cançons i el vocabulari més important per a la comprensió. Els sabers treballats són: Verbs en present, funcions: Donar indicacions, fer preguntes, resoldre problemes i vocabulari: Sostenibilitat, incloent reciclatge, gestió de l’aigua i energia neta.
