SOM CENTRE GEP(GENERACIÓ PLURILINGÜE)
Des dels inicis de la posada en marxa de la nostra escola, impartim en llengua anglesa la plàstica a tots els cursos de primària (Arts & Crafts).
Per a consolidar aquesta experiència, des del Departament d’Educació, se’ns ha reconegut aquest treball i hi hem participat des del curs 2017-2018 al 2019-2020 en el Projecte GEP (Grup d’Experimentació per al Plurilingüisme).
Les accions del programa GEP s’orienten, d’una banda, a incrementar el temps d’exposició de l’alumnat a les llengües estrangeres curriculars i, d’una altra, a acompanyar els centres educatius en el procés de desplegament i consolidació d’un projecte lingüístic plurilingüe propi.
El curs 2019-2020 vam finalitzar el projecte GEP. Al llarg d’aquest tres cursos de formació l’escola ha pogut anar consolidant una metodologia més global a l’hora de treballar les Arts & Crafts i altres matèries.
Great day of theatre plays in English at the school. This morning I5 to 2nd grade students enjoyed Puff, the magic dragon play. And this afternoon, our big ones, from 3rd to 6th grade, had a great time with Cinder Ella NY. Thanks @jumpingducksteatre!

“What about houses?” is this year topic for the English Day. We listened to the “3 little pigs” story, worked on house’s names, created houses crafts… We enjoyed it a lot!
Year 5 students have been learning about a famous artist: Keith Haring. Keith Allen Haring was an American artist whose pop art emerged from the New York City graffiti culture of the 1980s.
Op or Optical art employs abstract patterns composed with a stark contrast of foreground and background to produce effects that confuse and excite the eye. Year 6 students are making colorful and abstract drawings in the Arts & Crafts sessions.
First-year students are working on the family members using vocabulary corners such as the goose game, the lynx game, the domino, the memory … And soon they will be recorded explaining their family!

Year 3 students are learning about the famous painter Joan Miró in the Arts & Crafts lessons. Joan Miró was a catalan painter who combined abstract art with surrealist fantasy. He made nice pictures and spectacular sculptures.
