This morning the students from the 6th grade of our school went to the High School Federica Montseny to do an interesting and funny activity.
The students from the High School prepared a fair of shops. There, we could find: Sports shop, video game shop, pet shop, make-up shop, clothes shop, travel agency and future teller.
It was great to share these moments with them and at the same time we could use the English language for communication in a real and meaningful context.
Some of the communicative structures that we used were: Hello, good morning, can I help you?, I want to buy a…/Can I have a…?, how much is it/are there?,here you are, your change, thank you, see you soon…And some vocabulary as: Notes, coins, cash, credit card, sale, discount, lip stick, t-shirt, trainers, jeans, ball and more words.
