PHOTOS: WE ARE BUYING THE INGREDIENTS AT THE MARKET
Last week, the students from 5th grade went to buy the ingredients that we needed to prepare a recipe. We went to the market of Badia.
It was a great experience because we used the English language for communication. We had translators and our dialogue was:
“-Hello. Good morning my name is…., I am…
-We are going to prepare a recipe.
I need…..(parsley, chickpeas, truffle sponges, cabbage, mint leaves, dried tomatoes,olive oil, strawberries,cream, vanilla, lettuce, avocado,chocolate seeds, peaches syrup, yoghurts, mayonnaise, grapes, carrots,oranges, lemon juice,sweets,…)
-How much is it? Here you are.
-Thank you very much. See you soon/bye bye”
We met very nice people at the market and they were very kind with us!. It was fun!
