Hola escola Pau Vila,
Avui hem descobert que els nens i nenes de cinquè estaven escollint un logotip Erasmus a partir d’una selecció de logos  de diferents països. Això ens ha fet pensar que la nostra escola no en té cap pel nostre projecte Erasmus WINGE ( Wind of change in European Education). Per tant necessitarem la vostra ajuda per tenir-ne un. Les vostres mestres ja us explicaran els criteris per fer-ho més endavant.
No us creureu què ens ha passat! Ha vingut a veure’ns una periodista de la premsa local i hem estat notícia al diari de Pielavesi. Podreu veure la notícia al tauler d’anuncis de l’entrada de l’escola.
Aquesta és l’última entrada al web que fem ja que avui era l’últim dia de la mobilitat job shadowing. Ens fa molta pena marxar ja que ens han acollit con si fóssim família. Però també tenim moltes ganes de veure-us i veure els altres mestres de l’escola per poder compartir amb tots les nostres aventures i aprenentatges.

Hey (Hello in Finnish)
Hi Pau Vila School,
Today we have discovered that the children in fifth grade were choosing an Erasmus logo from a selection of logos from different countries. This has made us think that our school does not have one for our Erasmus WINGE project (Wind of Change in European Education). Therefore we will need your help to have one. Your teachers will explain the criteria for doing it later on in the year.
You won’t believe what happened to us! A journalist from the local press has come to see us at the school and we have been in the Pielavesi newspaper. You can see the news on the notice board at the entrance of the school.
This is the last entry we make on the website since today was the last day of the job shadowing mobility. We are very sorry to leave because they have welcomed us as if we were family. But we are also looking forward to seeing you and the other teachers of the school to share with all our adventures and learning experiences.

Hola a tothom !

Avui hem pogut observar diferents activitats realitzades en diverses assignatures, com per exemple l’ensenyament de l’anglès, d’història, de música,… Però la que més ens ha sorprès a les quatre ha estat el taller de manualitats ja que els alumnes de 2n han començat a construir un camió i els de 5è, un tamboret per casa seva, fent servir serres, martells, tornavisos, … I no només això, sinó que alguns també estan aprenent diferents tècniques per teixir la seva funda i així decorar- lo. I altres grups han fet ninos utilitzant màquines de cosir. Aquí teniu una mostra de tot plegat !

Hi everybody !

Today we have been able to observe different activities carried out in several subjects, such as English, history, music … But the one that surprised us the most was the crafts workshop since  the students in 2nd grade have begun to build a truck and the ones in  5th grade, a stool for their homes, using saws, hammers, electric drills, … And not only that, but some are also learning different techniques to knit their case  to decorate it.  Other groups have made soft toys using sewing machines.

Quin dia hem tingut avui! Ens han sorprès amb una excursió d’allò més inusual amb els nens i nenes de tercer, quart i cinquè. Hem caminat pel bosc gelat i hem arribat a una estació d’esquí. Allí ens hem trobat amb una cabana construïda per les persones del poble on al mig hi havia un foc on els nens han pogut cuinar-se salsitxes i núvols de sucre fent servir uns pals. Mireu la fotografia perquè val la pena!

Hi Pau Vila School,

What a day we had today! We were surprised by a most unusul trip with the children from the third, fourth and fifth grade. We have walked through the frozen forest and have arrived at a ski resort. There we found a cabin built by the people of the town. In the middle there was a fire where children could cook sausages and marshmallows using sticks. Look at the picture because it’s worth it!

Hola escola Pau Vila,
Per avui les mestres ens havíem preparat una presentació per a que coneguessin el nostre país i la nostra escola. Els hem ensenyat un vídeo i al final els hem preparat un kahoot ( joc de preguntes on line) per veure si havien entès tot el què els havíem explicat. Els nens i nenes de cinquè, els més grans de l’escola, han anat a buscar els seus mòbils per poder fer-ho. Ha estat molt divertit !
Després ens hem distribuït per diferents classes on hem vist nens molt treballadors practicant tot tipus de matèries. Hem pogut veure en directe el seu sistema d’horari lectiu, on fan lliçons de 45 minuts i 15 de descans cada hora. Amb aquests descansos ja no fan hora de pati.
Al final els hem acompanyat a una activitat extraescolar de gimnàstica on hem jugat a molts jocs que esperem ensenyar-vos quan tornem. En particular un que es diu “El caçador d’ants”.
Demà us seguirem explicant més coses sobre l’escola de Finlàndia.

Hi Pau Vila School,
Today, we had prepared a presentation to let them know about our country and our school. We have shown a video and at the end we did a kahoot (quizz game online) to see if they had understood everything we had explained. The boys and girls in fifth grade, the oldest in the school, have used their mobiles to do it . It has been a lot of fun !
Afterwards we have been distributed round different classrooms where we have seen children working very hard and practicing all kinds of subjects. We have been able to see their timetable. They have 45 minutes lessons and 15 minutes break after each lesson.
We also went to an after school activity of gymnastics where we have played many games that we hope to share with you when we return. In particular one called “Elk hunter”.
Tomorrow we will continue to explain more about the school in Finland.
