{"id":8878,"date":"2022-01-31T22:47:30","date_gmt":"2022-01-31T21:47:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zermoianesllevant\/?page_id=8878"},"modified":"2024-06-30T22:52:56","modified_gmt":"2024-06-30T20:52:56","slug":"bibliografia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zermoianesllevant\/steam\/historia\/bibliografia\/","title":{"rendered":"Bibliografia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pla STEMcat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El pla d&#8217;impuls de les vocacions cient\u00edfiques, tecnol\u00f2giques, en enginyeria i matem\u00e0tiques en els estudiants de Catalunya (STEMcat), elaborat pel grup de treball interdepartamental creat per l\u2019Acord de govern GOV\/19\/2017, de 28 de febrer, \u00e9s una iniciativa que respon a la necessitat d\u2019enfrontar-nos a la situaci\u00f3 actual de desequilibri en la demanda laboral en certs sectors relacionats amb la ci\u00e8ncia i la tecnologia, claus per al desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic del pa\u00eds, i la manca de professionals preparats per satisfer-la i d\u2019endegar les actuacions necess\u00e0ries per evitar que aquest desequilibri s\u2019incrementi. Si aquesta situaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 generalitzada a Europa, \u00e9s encara m\u00e9s accentuada a Catalunya.<br \/>\nD\u2019altra banda, a la manca de professionals formats per aquests sectors cal afegir els reptes no resolts d\u2019aconseguir una major participaci\u00f3 de la dona en aquestes professions, i una major pres\u00e8ncia de persones de nivell socioecon\u00f2mic baix.
