Per aix\u00f2, us animo a que continueu realitzant exercicis f\u00edsics perqu\u00e8 us ajudar\u00e0 a: millorar la circulaci\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia, afavorir el sistema immunitari, controlar el pes, enfortir els ossos i la musculatura, reduir l\u2019ansietat i millorar l\u2019 estat d\u2019\u00e0nim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Davant d\u2019aquest per\u00edode en el qual anem a romandre totes les persones en les nostres cases, hem de pensar que les din\u00e0miques de l\u2019\u00e0rea d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica a les quals estem acostumats i acostumades s\u2019han d\u2019adaptar a la situaci\u00f3 actual. \u00d2bviament, a les nostres cases no tenim els mateixos recursos materials ni els espais f\u00edsics que utilitzem a les sessions d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica. Per\u00f2, aix\u00f2 no vol dir que ens hem d\u2019oblidar de fer activitat f\u00edsica i de jugar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot seguit, us proposo diferents exercicis i activitats que podeu realitzar a casa durant aquests dies d\u2019una manera l\u00fadica i entretinguda. Ho podeu fer acompanyades i acompanyats d&#8217;un\/a germ\u00e0\/na o dels vostres pares\/mares, aix\u00ed realitzareu activitat f\u00edsica saludable en fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>JOCS POPULARS I TRADICIONALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els jocs populars i tradicionals s\u00f3n una bona opci\u00f3 per desenvolupar les habilitats motrius b\u00e0siques a casa ja que la quantitat de material que requereixen \u00e9s m\u00ednima i, amb una mica d\u2019imaginaci\u00f3, el podeu improvisar amb objectes i utensilis que trobeu per casa. Alguns exemples de jocs s\u00f3n: pedra paper tisora gegant, baralla de pirates, baralla de galls, les xapes, pilotes al cistell, saltar el riu, les est\u00e0tues, twister, la xarranca, 1, 2, 3 pica paret, les bitlles, \u00a0les cadiretes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EXERCICIS PER MILLORAR LES CAPACITATS FISIQUES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb una mica d\u2019ingeni podeu crear circuits al sal\u00f3 o el passad\u00eds de casa que us ajudaran a desenvolupar i millorar les capacitats f\u00edsiques b\u00e0siques (resist\u00e8ncia, velocitat, for\u00e7a i flexibilitat).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquestes poden ser algunes idees: posar fulls de peri\u00f2dic per terra perqu\u00e8 passeu d\u2019un full a l\u2019altre saltant, utilitzar les cadires per fer un pont o fer-les servir per pujar i baixar d\u2019elles, despla\u00e7ar-se per baix la taula en posici\u00f3 quadr\u00fapeda o reptant, posar obstacles com coixins o caixes de cartr\u00f3 que haureu d\u2019esquivar o saltar, convertir qualsevol espai en una cursa de serps, practicar la roda lateral, la tombarella o rodar com una croqueta per damunt d\u2019una manta estesa a terra, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pujar les escales dels vostres edificis i deixar de banda l\u2019ascensor sempre ser\u00e0 una bona activitat. Ho podeu realitzar de diferents formes: caminant, corrent, amb els peus junts, de dos en dos escalons, cap a darrere&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ioga i el pilates tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n uns bons aliats per millorar la flexibilitat i aprendre a relaxar-se.
