We practised the story, the vocabulary and the songs from the play in class.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Billy is an innocent, romantic musician. His wife, Kate, on the other hand, thinks he is lazy. Kate is tired of being poor, and insists that Billy leaves the house to earn some money. With the help of his banjo, the audience and a mysterious bandit, Billy tries to make $1000 and win back his beloved Kate.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: inherit;font-size: 1em\">The actors were brilliant and fun! The children enjoyed a lot and some of them asked the actors questions at the end of the show. We are looking forward to repeating the experience soon. Here you are some photos.<\/b><b><i><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>CAT<\/p>\n<p>El divendres 4 de febrer els alumnes de 1r a 6\u00e8 de la ZER es van despla\u00e7ar a Albat\u00e0rrec per gaudir d\u2019una obra de teatre en angl\u00e8s. Els dies previs a la representaci\u00f3 vam treballar la hist\u00f2ria, el vocabulari i les can\u00e7ons a l\u2019aula per tal de facilitar la comprensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><em>En Billy \u00e9s m\u00fasic, somiador, il\u00b7l\u00fas, o segons la seva dona Kate, un mandr\u00f3s in\u00fatil. Farta de la seva pobresa, la Kate el fa fora de casa perqu\u00e8 busqui la seva fortuna. Amb l\u2019ajuda del seu banjo, del p\u00fablic i d\u2019un bandit misteri\u00f3s Billy intenta guanyar 1000 $ i recuperar l\u2019amor de la Kate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Els actors eren molt divertits! Els alumnes van gaudir i van participar cantant i responen quan els hi preguntaven. Alguns d\u2019ells van fer preguntes als actors quan va acabar la representaci\u00f3.
