Estem tots i totes molt il.lusionats i engrescats.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquest motiu, els alumnes que formem part del grup de treball d&#8217;hoteleria i restauraci\u00f3 de la EXPO hem anat avui a la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.torredelremei.com\/cat\/hotel.php\">Torre del Remei<\/a> per aprendre com es fa el servei en un buffet.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;espai \u00e9s espectacular i ens hem quedat bocabadats!!!<\/p>\n<p>All\u00ed, ens han at\u00e8s la Raquel, de l&#8217;equip de cambrers de l&#8217;hotel-restaurant i el senyor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.torredelremei.com\/cat\/restaurante.php\">Josep Maria Boix<\/a> (xef i propietari de l&#8217;hotel) que ens ha explicat com funciona la cuina. Buaaafff!!! quina cuina!!!!<\/p>\n<p>La Raquel ens ha respost totes les preguntes i dubtes que ten\u00edem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Com es munta un buffet (parament, aliments freds\/calents, dol\u00e7os\/salats, s\u00f2lids, begudes,espais, organitzaci\u00f3&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Com s&#8217;organitzen els aliments i el parament<\/li>\n<li>Com es pot decorar<\/li>\n<li>Com es porten les safates i com es serveix<\/li>\n<li>Com s&#8217;ha d&#8217;explicar el que servim<\/li>\n<li>Com cal anar vestit (i pentinat)<\/li>\n<li>Com s&#8217;ha de tractar amb les persones a qui servim<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No va quedar res a l&#8217;aire. Tot aclarit.
