Actualment, els TEA inclouen els diagn\u00f2stics anteriors d\u2019autisme, el trastorn generalitzat del desenvolupament no especificat, i la s\u00edndrome d\u2019Asperger.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquests trastorns requereixen d&#8217;un pla terap\u00e8utic individualitzat, que ha de tenir en compte les necessitats conductuals, educatives, d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 psicosocial, de comunicaci\u00f3 i tractament farmacol\u00f2gic de les persones afectades.
