(fulls de signatura quan algun membre de la unitat familiar no s&#8217;ha pogut afegir a la sol\u00b7licitud de la beca, o en casos de separaci\u00f3 dels pares, tamb\u00e9 es podr\u00e0 presentar la sent\u00e8ncia de separaci\u00f3 i cust\u00f2dia dels fills i\/o certificats de conviv\u00e8ncia, etc.)<br \/>\n<strong>La presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta documentaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha de fer per petici\u00f3 gen\u00e8rica<\/strong> adre\u00e7ada a la Unitat de beques del ST al Pened\u00e8s:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/web.gencat.cat\/ca\/tramits\/tramits-temes\/Peticio-generica\">https:\/\/web.gencat.cat\/ca\/tramits\/tramits-temes\/Peticio-generica<\/a> (S&#8217;haur\u00e0 de fer constar el nom i cognoms de l&#8217;alumne).<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Documentaci\u00f3 que\u00a0<b>caldr\u00e0 presentar al centre on l&#8217;alumne estigui escolaritzat<\/b>:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><u>Per acreditar que es compleixen els requisits d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la convocat\u00f2ria:<\/u>\n<ul>\n<li>l&#8217;alumnat amb\u00a0necessitat derivada de discapacitat\u00a0ha d&#8217;aportar certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al\u00a025 %,<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;alumnat amb\u00a0necessitat derivada de trastorn greu de conducta o trastorn de la comunicaci\u00f3 i el llenguatge\u00a0ha d&#8217;aportar certificat d&#8217;un equip d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 educativa i psicopedag\u00f2gica o del depenent de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 educativa corresponent, i<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;alumnat amb\u00a0necessitat derivada de trastorn de l&#8217;espectre autista\u00a0ha d&#8217;aportar certificat m\u00e8dic dels serveis de salut sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics i certificat d&#8217;un equip d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 educativa i psicopedag\u00f2gica o del depenent de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 educativa corresponent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s,\u00a0<u>els alumnes que presenten\u00a0necessitat de reeducaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica o del llenguatge\u00a0han de presentar:<\/u>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Informe espec\u00edfic de l&#8217;equip d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 educativa i psicopedag\u00f2gica o del departament d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 en el qual es detalli i justifiqui l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia educativa i les hores setmanals que es considerin necess\u00e0ries per a la seva correcci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com, si \u00e9s el cas, les prestades pel centre, la durada previsible de la mateixa i les condicions que en garanteixin la prestaci\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mem\u00f2ria expedida pel centre o reeducador que presti el servei en la qual consti informaci\u00f3 detallada de les caracter\u00edstiques del mateix, incloent-hi nombre d&#8217;hores setmanals i especialista que el presta aix\u00ed com del cost mensual.<\/li>\n<li>Declaraci\u00f3 responsable de la persona que imparteixi la reeducaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica o del llenguatge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3. <u>Els alumnes que presenten\u00a0necessitat espec\u00edfica de suport educatiu associat a altes capacitats intel\u00b7lectuals\u00a0han de presentar:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Certificat o informe d&#8217;un equip d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 educativa i psicopedag\u00f2gica o del departament d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 depenent de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 educativa corresponent en qu\u00e8 es detalli i justifiqui l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia i condicions necess\u00e0ries, aix\u00ed com el nombre d&#8217;hores setmanals i la durada de l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Mem\u00f2ria expedida pel centre o el reeducador que presti el servei en la qual consti les caracter\u00edstiques d&#8217;aquest servei, aix\u00ed com les hores setmanals, l&#8217;especialista que el presta i el cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Us fem arribar l\u2019extracte de la publicaci\u00f3 al BOE de la Resoluci\u00f3 de 23 d\u2019abril de 2025 de la Secretaria d\u2019Estat d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 per la que es convoquen ajuts per alumnes amb necessitat espec\u00edfica de suport educatiu, per al curs 2025-2026.
