{"id":1923,"date":"2020-04-28T11:55:23","date_gmt":"2020-04-28T09:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zerbenmir\/?p=1923"},"modified":"2020-04-28T15:50:46","modified_gmt":"2020-04-28T13:50:46","slug":"dia-de-la-salut-a-casa-programa-si","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zerbenmir\/portada\/dia-de-la-salut-a-casa-programa-si\/","title":{"rendered":"Dia de la Salut A Casa &#8211; PROGRAMA SI!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.programasi.org\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1928\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zerbenmir\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu611\/2020\/04\/23.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"55\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zerbenmir\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu611\/2020\/04\/23.png 360w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zerbenmir\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu611\/2020\/04\/23-300x46.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>V\u00edctor Frankl en el seu llibre, &#8220;<em>L&#8217;home a la recerca de sentit&#8221;, <\/em>va aportar grans ensenyances relacionades amb el que avui en dia anomenem resili\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quan la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s bona, <strong>gaudeix-la<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Quan la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s dolenta, <strong>transforma-la<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Quan la situaci\u00f3 no pot ser transformada, <strong>transforma&#8217;t<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>I aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que proposen des del Programa SI!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vivim una situaci\u00f3 que ens convida a reflexionar i a aprendre sobre els nostres h\u00e0bits de vida, i com n&#8217;\u00e9s d&#8217;important que aquests h\u00e0bits siguin saludables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quan ens enfrontem a un repte, necessitem que el nostre cos funcioni per sobre del que seria normal, i aix\u00f2 ens provoca una baixada de defenses.<\/p>\n<p>El problema sorgeix quan aquesta situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;<strong>estr\u00e8s<\/strong> i <strong>ansietat<\/strong> es mant\u00e9 en el temps. \u00c9s llavors quan experimentem els efectes negatius d&#8217;aquests estats f\u00edsics i emocionals en la nostra salut.<\/p>\n<p>Per contrarestar-ho, \u00e9s molt important actuar en dues direccions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reduint al m\u00e0xim l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i<\/strong> <strong>l&#8217;ansietat:<\/strong> emprant la respiraci\u00f3 profunda, exercicis de relaxaci\u00f3, meditaci\u00f3, focalitzant la ment en aspectes de la vida controlables i positius, seguint unes rutines ordenades i predictibles, enfortint les relacions familiars, buscant formes de seguir connectats socialment, i evitant la sobreinformaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refor\u00e7ant el sistema immunitari:\u00a0<\/strong>amb una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable (variada, equilibrada i adequada a les necessitats actuals), practicant activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria (no nom\u00e9s amb rutines d&#8217;exercici en un moment concret, sin\u00f3 sent actius de forma continuada), amb temps de descans lliures de pantalles i mantenint una bona rutina de son.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Celebrem la Salut A Casa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Us animem a dissenyar una estrat\u00e8gia de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre la salut, per a substituir la Setmana\u00a0de la Salut que ten\u00edeu previst realitzar aquest curs, o refor\u00e7ar els aprenentatges si ja l&#8217;heu realitzada.<\/p>\n<p>Des del Programa SI! us donem un exemple senzill d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia en un \u00fanic <strong>Dia de la Salut A Casa <\/strong>(que es pot adaptar a m\u00e9s dies)<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta proposta es treballen els quatre components del Programa SI! utilitzant els materials facilitats en el <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1EaVDVMIWRk5SIylK27eFnALGboKToVPB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id%3D1EaVDVMIWRk5SIylK27eFnALGboKToVPB&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1588148491305000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGEoEbkiZWaWUSv1qtssqvazVk-2g\">Drive<\/a> que us vam enviar en el comunicat anterior amb recursos que poden ser utilitzats A Casa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al mat\u00ed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comencem el dia amb el <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1CnwxL9ol_TAi61wDWQpIK50nk5kmRfvZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id%3D1CnwxL9ol_TAi61wDWQpIK50nk5kmRfvZ&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1588148491305000&amp;usg=AFQjCNF-sj9fUUaMEBg81EU_4T7e7m_Y_g\">Repte.
