Corresponen al consell escolar les funcions establertes a la Llei 12\/2009, de 10 de juliol, d\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h4>Composici\u00f3 del consell escolar de ZER<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Presidenta: Dolors Benet.<\/li>\n<li>Cap d\u2019Estudis: Nat\u00e0lia Flix.<\/li>\n<li>Secret\u00e0ria: In\u00e9s Mart\u00edn.<\/li>\n<li>Directores de les escoles: Eva Barreda, Nat\u00e0lia Flix , Patr\u00edcia Oliet i N\u00faria Olivart.<\/li>\n<li>Mestres del Claustre: N\u00faria Antol\u00edn i S\u00edlvia Casany.<\/li>\n<li>Representant de l\u2019AMPA: Ana Palac\u00edn, Emma Arderiu Mor, \u00d3scar Chimeno i Elisabet Ojeda.<\/li>\n<li>Representant del personal no docent (PAS): Judith Roure.<\/li>\n<li>Representant de l\u2019Ajuntament: Bego\u00f1a Iglesias (escoles de Lleida), Gemma Posino (Els Alam\u00fas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Funcions del consell escolar dels centres p\u00fablics<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Aprovar el projecte educatiu i les modificacions corresponents per una majoria de tres cinquenes parts dels membres.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar la programaci\u00f3 general anual del centre i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament i els resultats.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les propostes d\u2019acords de corresponsabilitat, convenis i altres acords de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del centre amb entitats o institucions.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les normes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament i les modificacions corresponents.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar la carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar el pressupost del centre i el rendiment de comptes.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en el procediment d\u2019admissi\u00f3 d\u2019alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en el procediment de selecci\u00f3 i en la proposta de cessament del director o directora.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes i, si escau, revisar les sancions als alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les directrius per a la programaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats escolars complement\u00e0ries i d\u2019activitats extraescolars, i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en les an\u00e0lisis i les avaluacions del funcionament general del centre i con\u00e8ixer l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del rendiment escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar els criteris de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres centres i amb l\u2019entorn.<\/li>\n<li>Qualsevol altra que li sigui atribu\u00efda per les normes legals o reglament\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El consell escolar del centre \u00e9s l\u2019\u00f2rgan col\u00b7legiat de participaci\u00f3 de la comunitat escolar en el govern del centre.
