Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s cabdal optimitzar el temps: Cal dedicar menys temps a les reunions de trasp\u00e0s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 i dedicar-ne m\u00e9s a les reunions de presa de decisions importants.\u00a0 Tamb\u00e9 hi va haver l\u2019inc\u00eds a la import\u00e0ncia de celebrarcions\u00a0 formals i informals que ajudin a la cohesi\u00f3 dels i les integrants de la ZER.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>b) Com estem col\u00b7laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent? \u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><b>CANVI METODOL\u00d2GIC. ESCOLA AMB COEDUCACI\u00d3 I COHESI\u00d3. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p>La primera condici\u00f3 que va sortir reflexada va ser la part emocional del i la docent: l\u2019alegria. A partir d\u2019aquesta alegria, ent\u00e8s com a motivaci\u00f3 per tot all\u00f2 que comporta la tasca docent, s\u2019inici\u00ef la reflexi\u00f3 des del respecte cap a totes les posicions i punts de vista. Establir els acords consensuats que comptin amb la implicaci\u00f3 dels i les docents i que incentivin a la formaci\u00f3 i a compartir coneixements i materials.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>c) Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/b><b>VOLUNTAT + REFLEXI\u00d3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El primer pas \u00e9s saber d\u2019on partim.\u00a0 Fer una bona diagnosi (DAFO) amb els nostres punts d\u00e8bils i punts forts. Tenir voluntat d\u2019aprendre i de desaprendre. Valorar l\u2019error com a recurs d&#8217;aprenentatge, i partir de la reflexi\u00f3 de tota la comunitat: dels ALUMNES, de les FAM\u00cdLIES, dels DOCENTS i la resta d\u2019agents que intervenen en l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En un segon pas hi ha l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 en comissions, les formacions que modelaran docents competents i una bona programaci\u00f3 (PGA) que faciliti tota la gesti\u00f3 educativa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>d) Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/b><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>COORDINACI\u00d3 + CANVI PEDAG\u00d2GIC <\/b>(PARTIR DE LA MOTIVACI\u00d3\u00a0 I REALITAT DELS ALUMNES)<\/p>\n<p>Partir de les motivacions de l\u2019alumnat i deixar d\u2019engoixar-nos pels continguts. Preparar activitats i propostes globalitzades m\u00e9s properes a la realitat de l\u2019alumnat. Treballar de manera m\u00e9s coordinada i amb un alt nivell de comprom\u00eds per optimitzar els recursos i el temps.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">\u00a0<i>\u201cVeurem una escola m\u00e9s realista amb el m\u00f3n que l\u2019envolta, que reflexiona sobre les coses a millorar, a canviar o
