{"id":10924,"date":"2025-03-17T07:53:12","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T06:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zer-altllucanes\/?p=10924"},"modified":"2025-03-17T07:53:12","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T06:53:12","slug":"com-podem-equilibrar-el-nostre-ecosistema-personal-per-viure-de-manera-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/zer-altllucanes\/la-forja\/com-podem-equilibrar-el-nostre-ecosistema-personal-per-viure-de-manera-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"Com podem equilibrar el nostre ecosistema personal per viure de manera saludable?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Al gener\u00a0 de 2025 els grans de l\u2019escola La Forja vam comen\u00e7ar un\u00a0 projecte: Ecosistemes i salut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0El primer que vam fer va ser jugar a un joc que es diu Nuevos Mundos i que consisteix en\u00a0 crear nous ecosistemes amb un bon equilibri natural i una bona diversitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despr\u00e9s vam estar buscant informaci\u00f3 sobre el bi\u00f2top que \u00e9s l&#8217;espai que encara no est\u00e0 habitat\u00a0 i la biocenosi\u00a0 que son els \u00e9ssers que viuen al bi\u00f2top.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 vam buscar informaci\u00f3 en 3 grups: alimentaci\u00f3, esport i pantalles i despr\u00e9s amb aquesta informaci\u00f3 vam fer 3 obres de teatre per explicar els h\u00e0bits que no son saludables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I per acabar vam fer un quizizz sobre el bi\u00f2top i la biocenosi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Grans de l&#8217;escola La Forja<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
