{"id":2654,"date":"2020-09-16T10:17:25","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T08:17:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/sinscardener\/?p=2654"},"modified":"2020-10-16T19:00:34","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T17:00:34","slug":"pla-dorganitzacio-del-curs-2020-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/sinscardener\/general\/pla-dorganitzacio-del-curs-2020-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla d&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 del Curs 2020-2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El plantejament que hem fet com a centre \u00e9s definir una proposta centrada en l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s d\u2019<strong>illes docents<\/strong>, que es desenvoluparia de la mateixa manera tant en format presencial com en format de confinament parcial o de tancament de centre. La definici\u00f3 i concreci\u00f3 de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica d\u2019aquesta proposta ens permetria, a m\u00e9s de reduir el nombre d\u2019aules en les quals es mou un alumne\/a, reduir tamb\u00e9 el professorat que entra en contacte amb l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n diferents els elements que han motivat la proposta que presentem,\u00a0 la majoria dels quals ja s\u00f3n presents en les directrius o instruccions publicades pels departaments d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Salut. Donem a aquests elements el valor d\u2019<strong>idees for\u00e7a<\/strong> sobre les quals pivoten molts dels punts que ens duen a configurar el present <strong>Pla d\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 pel curs 2020-2021<\/strong>. D\u2019entre tots ells en volem destacar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>la garantia educaci\u00f3 de qualitat i inclusiva<\/li>\n<li>el manteniment al m\u00e0xim el PEC<\/li>\n<li>la promoci\u00f3 la innovaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>la contribuci\u00f3 al benestar i aprenentatge de tot l\u2019alumnat<\/li>\n<li>la consideraci\u00f3 de la tra\u00e7abilitat i salut com a element prioritari<\/li>\n<li>el compliment de tot l\u2019horari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tal i com varem presentar el passat dia 7 de setembre al Consell Escolar i de les presentacions a les reunions del passat dia 9 de setembre enguany participem d&#8217;un Pla Pilot en el qual es desenvolupa aquest pla en un context de semipresencialitat. Aquesta semipresencialitat afecta directa o indirectament a l&#8217;alumnat de 2n a 4t d&#8217;ESO.
