Els hi van explicar el proc\u00e9s del vi des de la vinya fins a l\u2019ampolla. Els alumnes es van dividir en dos grups. Mentre que un grup estava a dintre del celler els altres estaven a les vinyes i a les oliveres. All\u00e0 els hi van explicar la difer\u00e8ncia que hi havia entre les vinyes que ells plantaven que eren m\u00e9s ecol\u00f2giques de les que altres empreses tenen. El segon grup el van portar per un recorregut pel celler on els hi van explicar tot el treball de la maquin\u00e0ria fins arribar a l\u2019embotellatge, passant per l\u2019\u00e0rea de les ampolles que estan en reserva.
