Hem gaudit del seu taller \u201cMenjant amb il\u00b7lusi\u00f3\u201d. Ens ha explicat qu\u00e8 hauria de contenir un bon esmorzar: hidrats de carboni, fruita i batuts d\u2019aigua de coco amb verdura. Tamb\u00e9 ens ha comentat els efectes negatius del sucre en el cos hum\u00e0 i com substituir-lo per succedanis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3, ens ha deixat provar un batut amb aliments que ens han sorpr\u00e8s: alvocat, espinacs, canyella, flocs de quinoa i aigua de coco. Finalment, els alumnes de 1r i 2n d\u2019ESO, hem elaborat un esmorzar equilibrat: un batut de llet d\u2019arr\u00f2s i llavors de xia, decorat amb pl\u00e0tan, poma i canyella.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dimarts <strong>22 d\u2019octubre<\/strong>, a les 16:30, l&#8217;estudiant solsonina N\u00faria Florensa, compartir\u00e0 amb nosaltres, la seva manera de viure i fer front a un dels temes que tant li preocupen: el medi ambient.
