{"id":3679,"date":"2022-09-07T10:49:38","date_gmt":"2022-09-07T08:49:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/sesteia\/?page_id=3679"},"modified":"2022-09-07T10:49:38","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T08:49:38","slug":"condicions-de-cessio-de-material","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/sesteia\/projecte-educatiu\/cultura-digital\/condicions-de-cessio-de-material\/","title":{"rendered":"Condicions de cessi\u00f3 de material"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019usuari que gaudeixi d\u2019una cessi\u00f3, s\u2019obligar\u00e0 a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer-se responsable del bon \u00fas del material que se li ha cedit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas d\u2019haver patit alguna incid\u00e8ncia amb l\u2019\u00fas del material caldria comunicar-ho per a poder comprovar el material i avaluar els danys ocasionats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Institut Tur\u00f3 d\u2019en Baldiri revisar\u00e0 peri\u00f2dicament l\u2019estat dels materials i es reserva el dret d&#8217;anul\u00b7lar aquest servei en qualsevol moment, si el resultat de la revisi\u00f3 no \u00e9s prou satisfactori.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Institut Tur\u00f3 d\u2019en Baldiri pot revocar l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 a qualsevol usuari que no sigui respectu\u00f3s amb el material cedit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019incompliment d\u2019aquests compromisos poden conduir a algun tipus de sanci\u00f3, tal com es recull en les normes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament del centre.
