Durant el temps que fan estada a les empreses es refor\u00e7a l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019habilitats funcionals i ocupacionals amb unes mat\u00e8ries diferenciades donant valor tant les seves habilitats com als elements personals. El projecte compta amb una professora responsable a l\u2019institut i una tutora. Alhora cada alumne t\u00e9 un tutor\/tutora al centre o empresa on fa el curs. Hi ha un seguiment molt individualitzat i coordinat entre l\u2019empresa i l\u2019institut, valorant l\u2019activitat i el comprom\u00eds de cadascun les alumnes.<br \/>\nL\u2019alumne sap i ha d\u2019entendre que la seva participaci\u00f3 en el projecte \u00e9s una oportunitat per a la millora dels seus aprenentatges. Un dels llocs on poden assistir els nostres alumnes \u00e9s el Centre H\u00edpic Collbat\u00f3. \u00c9s un entorn molt favorable tant per l\u2019espai enmig de la natura com la relaci\u00f3 que els alumnes poden establir amb els cavalls. All\u00e0 els alumnes fan les tasques de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 dels animals , manteniment de l\u2019espai, neteja i raspallat dels animals i tamb\u00e9 poden fer equitaci\u00f3. Amb aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques al Centre H\u00edpic, s\u2019estableix un vincle de confian\u00e7a i afectivitat amb els cavalls molt enriquidor. Alhora l\u2019entorn fora de l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar permet un clima de tranquil\u00b7litat.
