Els podreu trobar a la fira de Nadal venent-les.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primer en van fer la recol\u00b7lecci\u00f3 col\u00b7locant una malla de tela al terra de les oliveres i les van sacsejar i colpejar amb for\u00e7a perqu\u00e8 les olives es desprenguessin de les branques. Un cop collides totes les olives, van dedicar un temps a treure fulles i branquetes i a netejar-les de terra i pols. Despr\u00e9s van seguir amb la fase d\u2019endolciment. Les olives s\u00f3n amargues, aix\u00ed que van rentar-les a consci\u00e8ncia i les van deixar en remull i van anar canviant l\u2019aigua. Tot seguit van passar a l\u2019amaniment amb llimona, sal, all, aigua calenta, pebrot vermell, sajolida, farigola i fonoll.
