El <em>job shadowing<\/em> \u00a0\u00e9s un proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge en el qual un professor\/a apr\u00e8n mirant a altres companys i companyes en llocs de treball similars i \u00e9s una de les experi\u00e8ncies que permet el programa europeu ERASMUS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e0cies al professor Tom Daneels la Maria Novella ha<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pogut assistir a diferents classes i veure com aplica la metodologia AICLE (metodologia per a l&#8217;ensenyament de l&#8217;angl\u00e8s en \u00e0rees no ling\u00fc\u00edstiques com les socials o les ci\u00e8ncies) en les seves aules amb diferent tipus d\u2019alumnat. Fins al moment han visitat un centre Maerlant Atheneum i estan a la meitat de la visita al Tienerschool.
