{"id":860,"date":"2017-03-08T06:14:49","date_gmt":"2017-03-08T05:14:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/seccio-institut-manlleu\/?p=860"},"modified":"2017-03-08T06:14:49","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T05:14:49","slug":"proces-participatiumanifest-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/seccio-institut-manlleu\/general\/proces-participatiumanifest-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"PROC\u00c9S PARTICIPATIU:MANIFEST 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>:<a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/seccio-institut-manlleu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1224\/2017\/03\/MANIFESTV7-2.docx\">manifestv7-2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019institut del Ter des de fa dos anys est\u00e0 desenvolupant un projecte educatiu que es recolza en quatre eixos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una metodologia d\u2019aprenentatge cooperativa<\/li>\n<li>Un pla d\u2019educaci\u00f3 en valors<\/li>\n<li>El disseny d\u2019un model d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 competencial<\/li>\n<li>El Treball per projectes, per donar projecci\u00f3 i significativitat als aprenentatges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u2019altra banda el centre participa de la convicci\u00f3 que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 es sustenta en la conflu\u00e8ncia de tres actors simultanis : l\u2019escola, la fam\u00edlia i l\u2019entorn. Per aix\u00f2 des dels inicis del projecte s\u2019ha establert un acord amb el Museu del Ter que facilita l\u2019encaix entre el centre i el seu entorn sociocultural i ambiental. Un model de partenariat inspirat en el de les escoles MAGNET.<\/p>\n<p>Tot aquest desplegament de recursos i estrat\u00e8gies s\u2019ha d\u2019avaluar intensament i de forma sovintejada per corregir-ne els elements distorsionadors i afavorir-ne els afavoridors, i \u00e9s precisament en aquesta l\u00ednia que des de la comunitat educativa es va pensar que calia reflexionar detalladament entorn els factors que poden esdevenir fortaleses al servei dels objectius de centre.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs al llarg d\u2019aquest primer trimestre els alumnes, les seves fam\u00edlies i l\u2019equip docent, per separat han treballat en la redacci\u00f3 d\u2019un manifest de centre, Un manifest que serveixi per posar en valor els elements que poden enfortir el projecte educatiu i que esdevenen diferenciadors.<\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes ho han treballat en una de les activitats del projecte TEULATEAMS, una proposta d\u2019aprenentatge i servei que es desenvolupa cada dimecres i dijous, mitja hora abans del primer pati. En l\u2019assemblea d\u2019alumnes del teulateams s\u2019han discutit i valorat 10 elements que a parer dels alumnes fan que el centre esdevingui singular i especial per a ells.<\/p>\n<p>El mateix han fet els pares\/mares reunint-se el primer divendres de cada mes.<\/p>\n<p>Els professors ho han treballat progressivament des de diferents \u00e0mbits de coordinaci\u00f3. En un primer nivell departamental per progressivament ampliar la proposta en equip de coordinadors i finalment en diversos equips docents.<\/p>\n<p>Tot plegat, una feina minuciosa que ens ha condu\u00eft a la definici\u00f3 de tres documents.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment es va programar un acta on hi fossin representats els tres estaments, pares\/mares, alumnes i professors per reduir-ho a un sol document.<\/p>\n<p>El manifest ens servir\u00e0 per cohesionar tots els projectes que tenim en funcionament, sense que aix\u00f2 es desvi\u00ef del que ens identifica com a
