Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s possible que hi hagi trastorns en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, menjant una mica menys. I que plorin quan els deixeu amb familiars o cangurs, amb els que sempre s\u2019havien quedat b\u00e9, no us voldran perdre de vista!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a molts de vosaltres deixar la vostra criatura a l\u2019escola bressol per primera vegada pot generar molts dubtes. Acceptar la separaci\u00f3 del fill\/filla pot comportar diferents\u00a0 emocions, tristesa, nerviosisme, desconfian\u00e7a o angoixes per la incertesa de saber si plorar\u00e0, si s\u2019adaptar\u00e0 a l\u2019escola, si s\u2019enyorar\u00e0, o si en tindran prou cura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019infant necessita temps per entendre la nova situaci\u00f3, per acceptar que un altre adult en tingui cura. Necessita temps per entendre que es troba en un espai diferent, amb d&#8217;altres costums, i en un context on hi ha altres infants amb qui haur\u00e0 de conviure i \u201ccompartir\u201d materials i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019adult.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per nosaltres, les educadores, pot semblar m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s , fam\u00edlia i escola iniciem una relaci\u00f3 i a tots ens cal familiaritzar-nos. Necessitem un temps per con\u00e8ixer la vostra manera de fer i crear un vincle d\u2019afecte i confian\u00e7a amb l\u2019infant\u00a0 i, aconseguir que cadascun d\u2019ells es senti com a casa. <\/span>L&#8217;infant estar\u00e0 familiariatzat quan es mostri tranquil i relaxat a l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No podem posar temps a aquest proc\u00e9s, cada infant \u00e9s diferent i necessita el seu temps. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2, que des de la nostra experi\u00e8ncia us volem donar\u00a0 quatre consells per si us poden ajudar:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anar acomodant els ritmes de son, h\u00e0bits d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 i petites rutines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer una entrada progressiva. Que vagi augmentant poc a poc l\u2019estona que est\u00e0 a l\u2019escola, perqu\u00e8 es vagi acostumant.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer un acomiadament breu i afectu\u00f3s, deixant- li clar que el deixes i tornar\u00e0s a recollir-lo . Tamb\u00e9\u00a0 s\u2019ha d\u2019evitar marxar d\u2019amagat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tal d\u2019entrar a l\u2019escola bressol de manera relaxada \u00e9s important anar-hi amb temps i sense presses.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important acompanyar l\u2019infant fins a la seva estan\u00e7a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l\u2019infant plora, s\u2019ha de mantenir la calma per tal de no encomanar-li cap tipus d\u2019angoixa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recordar que el proc\u00e9s no \u00e9s sempre constant, que hi pot haver alts i baixos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot passar\u00e0 i donar\u00e0 pas a la que ser\u00e0 la seva nova quotidianitat, plena de noves sensacions i viv\u00e8ncies. Dit aix\u00f2, nom\u00e9s desitjar-vos a tots i a totes que passeu aquest proc\u00e9s el millor possible i que no dubteu a expressar els vostres dubtes i sentiments .
