{"id":6885,"date":"2024-03-13T18:37:59","date_gmt":"2024-03-13T17:37:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insvilafranca\/?p=6885"},"modified":"2024-03-15T08:17:49","modified_gmt":"2024-03-15T07:17:49","slug":"com-esdevenir-cientific-how-to-become-a-scientist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insvilafranca\/general\/com-esdevenir-cientific-how-to-become-a-scientist\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cCom esdevenir cient\u00edfic\u201d- \u201cHow to become a scientist\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dilluns 4 de mar\u00e7, l\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO ha pogut gaudir d\u2019una confer\u00e8ncia impulsada<br \/>\nconjuntament pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 (Servei de Lleng\u00fces Estrangeres i d\u2019Origen) i el<br \/>\nConsolat dels Estats Units.<br \/>\nLa confer\u00e8ncia, amb la tem\u00e0tica \u201cCom esdevenir cient\u00edfic\u201d, l\u2019ha ofert l\u2019estudiant de Doctorat<br \/>\nDavid Boettger del Departament de Neuroci\u00e8ncia de la Universitat de Michigan que<br \/>\nactualment gaudeix d\u2019una beca Fulbright per completar els seus estudis a l\u2019\u201dInstitute for<br \/>\nResearch Biomedecine\u201d de Barcelona.<br \/>\nDurant la confer\u00e8ncia en David ha pogut explicar com \u00e9s el seu pa\u00eds d\u2019origen, les difer\u00e8ncies<br \/>\namb casa nostra i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del sistema educatiu als EEUU. Tamb\u00e9 ha pogut explicar a<br \/>\nl\u2019alumnat quin \u00e9s el seu camp de recerca actual al laboratori del Dr. Marco Mil\u00e1n de<br \/>\nneurodesenvolupament.<br \/>\nEsperem que la confer\u00e8ncia hagi animat a l\u2019alumnat a emprendre el cam\u00ed de la recerca i a<br \/>\nobrir-los noves possibilitats d\u2019estudis a l\u2019estranger en etapes properes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\" style=\"height: 300px; was offered by the PhD candidate<br \/>\nDavid Boettger, from the Neuroscience Department of the University of<br \/>\nMichigan, who has recently been awarded with a Fulbright scholarship to<br \/>\ncomplete his research in the Institute for Research Biomedecine in Barcelona.<br \/>\nThroughout the conference, students learn about the USA, the differences<br \/>\nbetween his country and where he lives now, as well as the difference in terms<br \/>\nor organization and educational system.
