Quan no es tingui el carnet de vacunacions s&#8217;ha de presentar un certificat m\u00e8dic oficial o el carnet de salut de l&#8217;infant on figurin les dosis de vacuna rebudes amb les dates corresponents (article 4 de l&#8217;Ordre de 29 de juny de 1981, per la qual s&#8217;aprova l&#8217;establiment dels registres perif\u00e8rics de vacunacions).
