{"id":2669,"date":"2022-01-24T19:41:04","date_gmt":"2022-01-24T18:41:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insvapordelfil\/?p=2669"},"modified":"2022-09-30T19:35:40","modified_gmt":"2022-09-30T17:35:40","slug":"un-xoc-quimic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insvapordelfil\/general\/un-xoc-quimic\/","title":{"rendered":"Un XOC qu\u00edmic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En aquest projecte, l\u2019alumnat de <span style=\"color:#ffffff\" class=\"tadv-color\">2n d\u2019ESO<\/span><span style=\"color:#9b51e0\" class=\"tadv-color\"> <\/span>ha cuinat unes postres amb la xocolata com a ingredient principal i n\u2019ha estudiat el punt de vista qu\u00edmic, analitzant quines subst\u00e0ncies i canvis d\u2019estat s\u2019observen a les seves receptes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 han fet recerca sobre la hist\u00f2ria de la xocolata i els altres ingredients de la seva recepta, i hi han incorporat el punt de vista social, reflexionant sobre les relacions comercials mundials, les desigualtats econ\u00f2miques i les alternatives com el comer\u00e7 just.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per acabar, hem redactat i il\u00b7lustrat un receptari entre tota la classe, recollint les 14 receptes que han elaborat els grups cooperatius.
