{"id":9607,"date":"2022-03-29T08:00:04","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T06:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/instorredemalla\/?p=9607"},"modified":"2022-03-28T13:22:23","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T11:22:23","slug":"no-va-de-vacances-va-de-mancances","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/instorredemalla\/general\/no-va-de-vacances-va-de-mancances\/","title":{"rendered":"NO VA DE VACANCES, VA DE MANCANCES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benvolgudes fam\u00edlies,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com b\u00e9 sabeu, els dies 15, 16, 17, 29 i 30 de mar\u00e7 hi ha convocada una vaga d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 signada per tots els sindicats, per reivindicar recursos que millorin la doc\u00e8ncia i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 dels centres educatius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un grup important de docents del nostre institut vam acordar donar suport a la convocat\u00f2ria i ens agradaria compartir amb vosaltres els motius reals que ens han emp\u00e8s a manifestar-nos i sortir al carrer per denunciar les mancances del nostre sistema educatiu i a exigir que volem una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de qualitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els titulars dels mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 no sempre donen tota la informaci\u00f3 i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que volem que conegueu de primera m\u00e0 les reivindicacions reals que fem els docents:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Necessitem m\u00e9s dotaci\u00f3 de personal docent i baixada estructural de r\u00e0tios efectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un 6% del PIB per educaci\u00f3 com a m\u00ednim<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retorn a l\u2019horari lectiu, les remuneracions i els drets anteriors a les retallades\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s personal de suport educatiu a tots els centres per una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva real<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FP p\u00fablica i de qualitat.
